The IBBY Children in Crisis Fund provides vital support to children whose lives have been severely disrupted, by:

• Using bibliotherapy, the therapeutic use of books and storytelling, to help children process trauma and begin healing

• Creating or restoring libraries and reading spaces with carefully selected, culturally appropriate books

• Supporting local initiatives in crisis-affected areas, ensuring that interventions are community-driven and sustainable

Strengthen the IBBY community by supporting Sections facing economic hardship.
This Fund helps IBBY Sections in financially challenged countries or situations to:
